We are a small lesson and training facility in Courtenay on beautiful Vancouver Island.
The property has been a part of the Ware family for 3 generations, purchased by Jack Ware with his paper route money in the 1930's. Talk about a good investment! 63 Acres with Dove creek winding along the property line just 2 minutes from the Island Hwy. This picturesque property Features a 100' x 200' outdoor arena with led lights, 55' x 55' round pen, acres of hay fields as well as fantastic fitness trails.
The facility is run by Ryan and Colleen Ware. Ryan, like the rest of his family is very much so a jack of all trades and a welder/ fabricator by profession. You will see lots of his work around the farm. Colleen is the Coach/ Trainer. who's Certifications Include; EC Competition Coach, EC IOB, CanTRa AI, Rider Level Evaluator 1-8, Rookie rider, Explorations EFW as well as working on her jumper judge.
